- I plan to put it in the "downtown" area of stores on pavement. A key part of my "urbanized Springfield" design
I've given it a minimalist look attempting to look like a lower income apartment complex. It sits on a smaller parcel with parking along the length of the front, a couple trees in back and a dumpster sitting on a concrete slab on the side of the building. Not pretty but the goal is to look realistic.- Great spots guys! I like how some are aimed at looking like a luxurious apartment, and some look like a dump!
- Not exactly being a gorgeous building I have tried to smarten up the gardens around it.
Mine is near the centre of the map and sitting next to the library, which is to the right of the apartments.

That's mine. It's nothing special at the moment, but I've got a pretty small town and am trying to make the most of the little cash I usually have. Right now it's in the middle of the houses, and by the Church/graveyard and the Retirement Castle.
Once I get my last two buildings and do another overhaul, I'm planning on putting it right between the business district and the residential part of town, giving it more space and sprucing the place up a bit, but not too much. Teachers don't get paid enough to live in the fancy part of town :P - I'm gonna skip this today, because of the vandal.

I have it next to the retirement home for now, but will be finding a new spot for it soon.
I allready bought land near the Duff brewery for her place. But i'm still a couple of quests behind- COMPLETELY redesigning it now. Made an epic looking pool, and fancied it up. Will post screenshots when done.
