His in the sticky thread on very top of the page, iphone4 issues...
What if he's looking at this right now
he'll probably think "whingers" and won't upload any tie-ins or updates until family guy is released :P- Considering we had only 3 levels added to the game for the last 6 months, it seems pretty pathetic.
In permanent summertime, that's like 12 levels we would have gotten over that same time frame. Jax001100 wrote:

This is my speculation. Very soon a competing game is coming out that is getting allot of buzz in the off topic section.
IMO EA is holding back any major content to coincide with the Family Guy game major release. That would keep the TSTO players occupied for a while until the buzz dies down a bit.
For the most part the average human only plays one game at a time. Unless of course you are doctor octo   The rumors of several levels and perhaps even whacking day 2014 happening at the same time may be true.
That makes sense for EA business.
until than I would expect small updates and tie in's.
Than again I hope I am wrong :-) 8)
Hadn't thought of that, but from a marketing perspective it makes perfect sense. If they hadn't thought of this already, you've just given EA some food for thought...
Frankly, in my opinion, this is horrible marketing strategy. To illustrate using a silly analogy, consider paper towels. Imagine I've established strong product loyalty to Brawny (this analogy is truly pathetic). Brawny paper towels start declining in quality, customers are totally frustrated with them, complain to the public and on consumer sites thats all you hear is complaints, etc. A rival company, Bounty, announces they are coming out with a new towel that's better. Are you saying that Brawny would purposely continue disenfranchising and ignoring its customers, with a plan to suddenly release a far superior product at the same time as Bounty's much-hyped product?
Sorry. At that point I'd be looking for something better, and would have seen how BAD Brawny could be. Id expect that, if it didn't care about my complaints the first time, they wouldn't pay attention in the future. I'd switch games knowing I was abandoning a company capable (and willing) to let their product fall apart. And I'd never look back.
If that's their strategy, they're taking a Monstrous risk.- What I have taken from Annette's post is that we desperately need the Brawny Man skin for Barney. The one where he dresses up in a flannel shirt, gets drunk and then yells at Marge, "Hey baby, I'm that guy you like!"
Yes! Please, EA? I will buy Barney and the Bowlarama and promise never to play Family Guy. annettemarc wrote:

Good point this is why I don't think this is their strategy because if they are going to be competing with family guy they aren't going to do something that risky especially because the only release date given is a rumored one.- Lol there are people protesting outside EA HQ.
- If EA is done making new levels, they should just let us know. The waiting makes this feel like a chore.
- I'm really hoping we get something today. (preferably level 39)
- I do hope we get 1 usually comes in the next hour if were getting 1. I cart remmber what the last lvl update was been so long
- 5:22GMT, usually updates arrive at 5 PM so it looks like it isn't coming today! :-(
