actually when i visit friends i almost never crash. it has happened a bit more since the neighbor-premium-multiplier has started working (and many more people are visiting neighbors more frequently) but mine still remains pretty stable. I have this one neighbor with ludicrous amounts of premium decorations so this actually took less than one hour to achieve.
Now that money isn't an issue, I was just looking for something to do until an update hits.
