its all about which items the neighbor has. the premium items that increase the amount per visit the most are the springfield sign, news vans, apple trees, orange trees, ambulances, even white fences. the more of these items the better.
whether these come from donut purchases, mystery boxes or jailbroken devices, these are crucial to the amount each visit increases.
also, you dont even have to tap once. just enter, then exit, enter, then exit, over and over. when you are exhausted by such a tedious task, then visit and tap each of your neighbors's houses.
