But it HAS changed... it was "slow" the first few days, and has been increasing in speed until recently. Now it has peaked, and it holds it's peak pace about 9-11 thousand each second. Since so many getting 10.000 GOO just stops trying to get more, I guess we might be seeing a slight decline in the pace about the same time we unlock the Ghost bomb...
