Yeah I see the new increase is an opportunity for more % instead of trees. I am not sure if 100 tree hugging items could improve the star ratings much. But as what @mchannyc said, maybe 200+ of bonsai could do the trick. Hopefully one day there will be a tree hugging item with good percentge.
