It is a weird glitch that adds to or subtracts from the multiplier. Mine ended in a .26 for awhile but it ended up fixing itself.
I read somewhere that it wasn't a glitch(?) If I find the article again, I'll share it here. But mine has not ended in "00" or anything like that since last year.
Whether it is a glitch or not, I was just trying to point out that it was something that occurred in the game and not done by another method.
