The prizes for Christmas are completely achievable if you play often enough, you only need 671 a day which should be manageable

It seems like I got 2 presents per house for the first few. 15 maybe? Then I got 1 per house for a while. Then, when I was halfway through my neighbors, I stopped getting presents at all.
