These are great ideas.... Before we get any new fancy things, can we just get A game that consistently works?

Good list! Could you describe the Springfield University event?
Well I know there are 4 character that are associated with Springfield University so as far as characters go they'd have enough to add.
It can be a spring break event or a back to school event. They can have different buildings for each department. One science, art, law, medical, dorms, etc. as the event progresses we'd get new buildings and characters. They can also add a football field and add a mascot (premium), and cheerleaders. I mean the possibilities are endless. The only thing is, they'd need to add quite a bit of land to accommodate so many new buildings.
