Monroe does have a 24 hour task, or he does in my wife's town but not in my town. I haven't figured out why though. I did just notice that I hadn't bought Monroe's Grave yet. I bought it, but haven't had any tasks with is as of now. Maybe there is a task associated with it that stays after you complete it.
