4500 Item Limit
The item limit makes me cry 14 times a day. :-(

I always keep mine under the 4,500 limit. I'm not willing to chance it locking up or neighbors deleting me because it takes awhile to load. - Hi indy :D
it is really just a holdover because I want to move my art area away from landing zone as you recommended.....
but, if it should come to pass that bonuses such as tile, farm, stage and tv studio become a regular "easter egg" type of thing, I am thinking of a generic yet attractive LZ into which I can temporarily move relevant buildings!
