4500 Warning!

Yep. Either cut back on decos or ignore it. Basically if you ignore it your town will take longer to load and also take longer for your neighbours to load. If you ignore it you get messages at different milestones reminding you.

A great way of saving decos is to delete anything behind buildings or obscured by trees :D
