Have you built el Chemistri building yet? But don't get to excited if you haven't, because it was a one time job just like the putt a lot quest with homer and Marge.
I was pretty beffudled by this, I don't get why you can't repeat it, they've even done an animation for it, seems a waste and it's not like he's already got a 4 hour task!
