I have a deep mistrust of mystery boxes and don't really want to spend anything as i'll end up with the three of the four least wanted items, Americatown (I haven't got Kumiko so skin would be useless) Republican Party HQ, Presidential Estate and Retro Lard Lad.... so this could be a pass from me..
On a side note however, I like the way they 'retro fitted' previous presidents turning up in other 4th July events as being part of the time-travelling toaster, whilst viewing the dialogue during the quest though, I instantly thought of Bill and Ted.... anyone else get the same thought?
I am pretty sure that Kumiko unlocks with Americatown. Laird Ladd also comes with the retro lard lads which leaves only two buildings that have no taskable character. I also thought it was clever how they incorporated the presidents.
