Good to hear you got the donuts back. Which email address at EA did you use? I'm asking so people who've got issues in the future know the best way to contact EA.

I have to agree. It took awhile, but I have had great experience with EA customer service myself. I lost a premium item from my inventory after the update which ended Whacking Day, and I have just been compensated in donuts, actually even a few more. Nice experience :)
