Change the formula in cell B20 to =SUM(B2:B19)+8*B8 and the formula in cell E20 to =SUM(E2:E19)+8*E8 (hit return each time you're finished, don't click in another cell)

Then each time you craft a Cactus Patch reduce the multiplier by 1.
