A lot of subtle changes I like in this update...

Would someone verify something for me about those black boxes behind names? At first after the update I saw a lot of those,, but now I only see them when I'm clearing a handshake over a building, apparently from friends who haven't gotten the valentine/exchange stage yet. Now, I'm seeing that when I clear an old style building/handshake, I get the black box, but when I collect a valentine from over a character, the friend's name is without the black background, and looks the same as we were very ing before the update ...

Or maybe I'm having a glitch :(
