EA Sports (look under the forum tabs) seems to have actual moderators. I would also suggest finding some who are active on those forums and sending a request to them for help. Include links to the most unsettling posts (the one about harming his son and blowing up a preschool and killing another forum member). Just be really polite and tell them that we need a moderator to step in.
If enough people send out the request?
They will eventually have to listen.
Just be polite, it goes much further.
