No you're all wrong. The op wants the option to be asked to speed up buildings toggled. As in a default "no so don't ask". I'm in the same boat. I would also like to add that having to tap a building then having to tap all the money and Xp is ridiculous. When I tap a building just put the damn money in my bank. Why does it have to spill out then I have to go and pick it up.

Well there's help for one anyway, you don't have to tap on all the money and xp, just leave it there and in about 10 seconds it gets deposited on its own.

It's a bit annoying how it gets in the way of tapping other things, though :lol:

especially when gremlin hunting. You accidentally hit a building and the gremlin takes cover under the moneys.

Yeah, it's annoying all the time, but it really gets in the way when you're trying to tap ghosts and gremlins, not to mention tapping a haunted building that's also ready to collect from. If you have a character with a finished job also waiting to be collected in that building, it's an annoyance triple threat.
