Quick Cool Brown House tapping question

Hey all, I've searched in the forums but have failed to find the answer. Is the Cool Brown House a good one for tapping (vs regular brown houses)? I'm guessing it is, since usually unique buildings have longer respawn times, but I wanted to double check with someone who actually has the building. What is the respawn time?
