I was flicking across my building list to see what was available... and dammit if I didnt somehow purchase a mall expansion pack by one wrong press.. no prompt no warning no nothing - just suddenly i was told I had a mall expansion pack!I DONT EVEN OWN A MALL!!!Now you think that confirming donut spend would be on by default to stop this happening... well now (after getting in touch with EA) I find out its not.I also find out that they dont give a damn if you accidentally click on something... basically its tough cookies... you clicked it you live with it.So word of warning.. turn on confirm donut spend. I lost out on 75 donut on some mall rubbish I dont need and lost hours to EA support who told me to take a running jumpNice when you dedicated so much time and money to the game... thats customer service for you.

i bought a funzo once a couple of years ago by accident for ... what, 60 donuts? i was fuming. FUMING. i went on to live chat and asked politely but they said nope.they did credit me with 15 pity donuts though. i got the same when they took away the multiplier from the beach huts. they put that multiplier back on too! wahoo free donuts.not so much of a problem now i get approx 30 donuts every 4 hours from KEM farming, btu back in the day man, it was such a drag. i still hate that funzo.

The mall expansion is a mall itself not part of something else. I can understand why you would be upset but it really isn't a bad building. Make sure your confirmation is checked then you will get a warning.

The mall is a nice building with dome roof.You will make back the donuts again @jonjonnyjon @jellypawn I have the funzo too! They are indeed annoying. But SLH was my last permanent character purchase.

It has this nasty little habit of turning itself off after an update. Strange timing, wouldn't you say?

I check mine everytime I think of it, I try to do it everytime I play but my memory isnt that good

I wasn't after sympathy as some other person said the game turned OFF the confirmation system...

Thanks I think it's the annoyance after so many years of playing at getting duped by a stupid alert failure so rudimentary and ea not wanting to acknowledge it!!
