Accidental purchase

So I decided to spend for the first time and buy the new small EUR 5 pack. I leave my phone on the table to get the door and when I get back my kid seems to have purchased a worthless 110 euro pack somehow.

I directly contacted Google and EA for a refund but both say no directly. Is there any way to get a refund on this?

Isn't it in Europe you have a right by law for a refund within a number of hours/days?

Really hope anyone can help as I really can't miss 110 Euros.

Maybe @CG_Doja_Fett can help me out here?

It will be very, very much appreciated!
  • Call your Bank and contest the charge. They will try to contact CG and will receive no response, then refund your money.
That's just the way it is...
  • PS its not like its a probability pack and I'm not happy with the result. I really just did not want it at all
  • Im 90% sure this is not an accidental purchase by a "kid". If it is however, make sure you use a thumbprint, password, extra verification for purchases.

Cant ever go wrong with using that, even if you dont have kids and are alone. Someone could "steal" your phone and go specifically into this game and use all your hard earned euros on crystals and packs you "dont want".
  • There was a similar thread to this a week or so ago.

I don't think they will give you the money back. The solution next time is to not leave your phone or the swgoh packs screen open alone with your kid.
  • Didn't Google get sued over this and they had put in firewalls so you can't just click through packs without some sort of security

Never understood why people don't password/pin/fingerprint protect purchase on a mobile device.
  • I always had it up but guess the Google account that was linked did not (I never buy anything)
If I had to spend this amount I would have liked to purchase the Hyperdrive bundle instead of this worthless pack
