First thing you need to do is change your password, and if you loose a device again you should change passwords to every app/website etc where it may be cached. This is not EAs fault accounts of all sorts get hacked all the time. Make sure you use a strong password and try not to use the same password for all your accounts. I know it is a pain remembering them all but better that than getting something worse than Tapped Out hacked.

Also get Find my iPad/iPhone setup as that is great, you can lock your phone/ipad remotely with that.

I went through all that stuff when my phone was stolen a while ago so I should be good for that. But I just reset my origin/EA password. I did reset it earlier this week that might have had something to do with it. And I did some really outdated survey for the game I found on the troubleshooting part of the EA help section.

In that case I would change your password again just to be on the safe side and report it to EA. Theoretically the person who stole your phone shouldn't be able to log in but it may be an issue with TSTO so worth logging. I am sorry it happened to you, I had my email account hacked a couple of years ago and it is not nice. Hope you get somewhere with EA.
