Yes, I have, rechecked all habitats, all full. Maybe it is because I haven’t purchased Azzlan?

It shows it at the top he is available to help, just gonna have to spend those sprinkles.

Is 40% still the max multiplier? If so, one of those 2 Emu Experiences is going to Uncle Moe’s Petting Zoo.

Turns out that Dr. Hibbert is the answer. The ! goes away when he is sent on a job. No, he doesn't have a volunteer job in his list.

Minus Dr Hibbert, if you have all other characters, you should be able to send 27. Can anyone else confirm?

EDIT: it might be 28. I have Yo Yo on her task line.

Mine finally went away, I don’t know how. Oh well.
