Act 4?

I really wish they would let us know about these things. During the other acts, in the crafting section it said, "new prizes will be added" in x days. Now it says "prizes end" in 3 days. To me, that says you can't craft them anymore after 3 days. I plan on spending my crafting materials and making a bunch of cane fields and whatever else I can make by the end of that time. If something in act 4 calls for more dna or theatre masks, I'll be very upset.
I wonder if act 4 will be a story line for Cecil. He hasn't had anything to do yet since he has had to stand around all day everyday doling out daily tasks. If the daily tasks end, that would give time for him and Bob to have a storyline together.
