Since she actually knew what was going on, hopefully now they know what's going on. I'm really hoping to hear something about it soon.
This has been incredibly frustrating for me on a couple levels. Let me just warn everyone, if you contact support and they want to access your game, tell them that they can't spend your donuts to, say, speed up a task, unless they promise to put them back immediately :x
What?!? Did they actually do that and not give them back initially? That's just wrong :(
(I'm assuming you eventually got them back, but still...)
