I also have a couple of side towns. I don't spend doughnuts on them. However, in one of the side towns I have a massive white house farm. Well over 800 white houses I believe (haven't counted in a while). My plan is to gain mass amounts of money and get free doughnuts through the bonus. It took several months to get 90% of all the land to be covered in white houses.
