Another update of only premium content yet the game still has never received actual gameplay update

Apparently you didn't read anything after what you quoted.
But yes those aren't improvements on gameplay that's just adding more content and adding more content is not adding to GAMEPLAY.

EDIT: Also name one other games that is totally free, has no adverts and updates at least once every 3-4 weeks.

I don't think 360 degree rotation is likely. And seriously, the whining and complaining is getting old.

If you start playing a game and suddenly expect major changes to that gameplay, that's the epitome of being unrealistic.

This is the best mobile game I've ever played, and only one I didn't delete after like a week. No complaints here!

And yeah, they won't do 360 rotation because that means they'd have to design a back to every building and decoration, that's a lot of work.

Here's a few examples.

Look at how lame one of my main strips looks because there is absolutely no way to put the buildings like they would actually be built.
This is why a 360* rotation of the camera angle is needed so our town can look like real towns.

Fix these darn brick walls, the way they stand out piece by piece makes them look atrocious, make the builder like the street where you place the first part and drag out the rest eliminating all the lines or even when you place two next to eachother have the lines disappear
