Another update of only premium content yet the game still has never received actual gameplay update

Apparently you didn't read anything after what you quoted.
But yes those aren't improvements on gameplay that's just adding more content and adding more content is not adding to GAMEPLAY.

So what would you consider to be an update on gameplay if it doe not include anything item/building/quest wise?

EDIT: Also name one other games that is totally free, has no adverts and updates at least once every 3-4 weeks.
