Gameplay recording

What do you guys use to record your gameplay? I was wanting to record some things to show my guild I just don’t really know how to go about doing it. Do I have to have a laptop/cpu? Do I have to have the high ground? Any help is appreciated, many thanks!

If you're on android, I use DU recorder. It's free and simple. Then you can upload your video to YouTube and share the link to your discord.

I use the build in recorder for Samsung phones , or DU recorder ( build in recorder can be activated when you pop the navigation buttons and touch hold there to select recorder , you have other options aswell )

Depends on what model you are using but just using screen record off the iPhone itself should work. That’s how I get mine. You have to activate it through the devices settings first.

Since we are on the subject - for people that post stills of say a damage number, is that a grab from a video, or is there a way to catch stills some other way that would be accurate enough to catch a damage number? I'm on Android.

du recorder has built in editor...can get the still that way
