Another update?

Except I got the update and storing Flanders house still crashes my game (same as it was doing before today's update)(the app version number is still 4.12.0 right? Or am I waiting for a newer version?) There are also 2 neighbor towns that refuse to load (they both have a large number of presents (3000+) so they're playing, it just refuses to connect (going from a to z or from z to a), I'm going to try them first tomorrow but it's super predictable
