Any tips on accruing Real Estate Bucks in Springfield Heights

At least you've got the lake. I'm still over 25 million from getting it. As far as what ever you need to upgrade and or buy something new by accumulation what you need, you just need to concentrate on one task at a time, to get as many Springfield Heights bucks as you can, or, you can do what the rich crowd does, spend a ton of donuts to finish with the special prizes. I can wait.
  • Personally I made sure I upgraded the modern mansions first. Biggest bang for your buck when fully upgraded and tbh the last 2 stages aren't really resource heavy. Nice chunk of change there.

Get all the base buildings built, you can store em after they are built and you still get the Rev for the base value.

If you have an excess of 1 resource, see which building upgrade can use that one, get it out of storage, upgrade it, then store it again.

I do have multiples of every building type in me SH, so I can upgrade when I get an excess of resources
  • I acquired the lake yesterday so your on the right path.

Just place down all buildings. Upgrade all mansions and some of the other buildings to the Max. You probably want to keep a few condos and busines centres on lower level.

If you upgrade all mansions you will already get about 500,000,000. So yeah just upgrade
