Is he worth it? He doesn't seem to earn event currency, which is kind of a negative. Thoughts?

What I did was create a little music district for my up and coming musicians. They live at Fiesta Terrace while working on their craft at "Abbey Road West (formerly known as Classified Records)". A top level record exec has dropped by (spotlights & fancy car) to talk about signing one of the new rockers who has just arrived in town :) ;)
