anyone else belive mr.teeny is useless?
Surely he can be put in inventory. Or shot mercilessly in the street.

I just haven't been able to reconcile the absurdity of Mr Teeny needing someone to walk him around town when the only other thing he does is walk around town.
He needs a task at the Sequel Stop, or maybe the pet store.
