I noticed too...I tried to tap it and turn it off, but no dice.

- Had to be with Christmas update cause I accidentally tapped it two days before it and it flicked on
- Yes it's been like this since the Christmas update. I actually like it like this because mine is next to the King Kong Skyscraper and it looks like people are flashing away for FruitBatman come along to save the day. :mrgreen:
