While I have enjoyed playing the game I have nearly quit several times due to the anti NRA and negative story lines about republicans. I would really like to see a few Obama jokes or a little truth about why the economy is still so crappy. Am I the only one who feels this way?

In 1968, I was in the Army. (Oh alright ... It was actually 1970. But the joke works better with 1968.) Good Lord, you people are young.dhami44862 wrote:

Can we get a Mod to close this thread down? How does this have anything to do with game play? Some way to start out the New Year :evil:

i quit labeling myself in party terms way back in 1998, as the differences are minimal, even more now, between both moronic parties who must have gotten their degrees in underwater basketweaving based on decisions made in the last decade.
<soapbox>
Same here. The two main political parties in the US are no longer anything more than two sides of the same corrupted coin. Thing is, both parties want the citizenry to label themselves as either/or so they can keep us divided. As long as we remain divided and focused on our differences, we can't focus on and address the *real* problem, which is exactly what the ruling parties want.
</soapbox>- As a Canadian, I know my opinion on this matters little, but I do commend both sides of the spectrum for universally being opposed to attacking Syria. That idea was so unpopular, that there was just no way the powers that be could justify acting on it. When the American population finds common ground on something, it makes a powerful impact.

Rigorous scientific testing has concluded that significant numbers of republicans dont have a brain - so faux news is more like the contribution cheerleaders make to a teams success on the sports field.
Now, where'd I put that popcorn?
did you know fox has these 'talk show' style shows on it cable channel nowadays that spend hours belittling every single thing that doesnt go with "pick and choose new american bible god fearing (but behind closed doors i'm a naughty little girl) lifestyle" they display?
My brain screamed for an hour after 3 minutes of that crap!
Joking aside, politics is a no-holds barred type of thing with the simpsons, they poke fun of what gets the most reactions.
also american politics is insane, both sides are messed up in different ways, 1 started out as the other, theres so many outside parties its rediculous (i mean gay republicans, what?!?)kitfisto2121 wrote:
