Anyone else's Springfielders loitering?

Yes, I've noticed this also. Weird, huh?

I haven't noticed this because I can still use the task manager to send everyone who isn't doing anything useful to the Kwik-e-Mart headquarters to keep my town clear.

However, I have noticed something weird when visiting neighbors towns. When their characters are assigned indoor tasks, I can see them doing visible tasks outside the building but they are all shrunken down. They look really tiny. Has anyone else noticed this?

I've not noticed anything but how dreadfully slow my kindle is with this update. I have stored all of my NPCs , dismantled my monorail, assigned everyone I can to indoor tasks to try and it's still clunky and freezing. I uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted several times, removed just about every other app on my kindle-still awful.

I can play on my iphone, but my eyes are old and I NEED my big screen :x

i accidently made a small area of dirt road in the middle of nowhere. ever since all my characters got out of one of the group tasks they are stuck going around in circles.

I keep most of my characters on visual tasks and this is affecting most of them...NOT liking this :(
For example, I have Carl on the Pogo task and he bounces up and down in place with a dead stare. Creepy. Lisa is riding old school and pretty much stays in place with the car lights flashing. Some of the characters are just stuck in place behind something, so I have to assign them a different task to get them to move.

I haven't seen the 'little' people, but I've only done a few visits today.

Edit to add: I'm trying to see if this is happening just when there are prospectors in my town, but I'm having a hard time finding them...wish they were purple or we at least had a notice to know if we had them all cleared. There's a notice for the bandits, but not the prospectors ...why?

Yep, I currently have a large congregation outside Burns' mansion.

I'm thinking this might be related to the street cleaner. Thoughts? I tried storing mine to see if it got any better, but it called me a hoarder :(

Yes, I'm having that issue and also my performer from my pier is off the pier and all over Springfield. lol
