Anyone going to postpone krustyland?

The Kamp Krusty and Rod and Todd quest lines will take priority for me. I will do what I can in Krusty Land until I'm done with those. You might as well as start it. It has around 40 task to complete and the currency in Krusty Land is tickets. Start saving up on tickets because you money is useless in Krusty Land.

Hi just seeing if anybody is in the same boat as me- at a high enough level to start krustyland but thinking of leaving it until your regular Springfield is complete?

Your regular Springfield will NEVER be complete. Nobodys will, at least not till EA bails on us. Hopefully years from now 8)

Haha yeah let's hope that doesn't happen anytime soon! By complete I meant having all your buildings designed the way you want and just waiting for the next update like in the complete panoramas you see on this forum. I always feel so far behind lol even though i'm maxed out at level 32

I hear ya. Ive been playing since day 1 and I still havent been able to catch up with having things worthy of a panorama.

I really feel for new players they must be totally overwhelmed. I remember struggling to have enough cash to put a wooden fence around a house. I cant imagine how the new guys save enough to buy every building and then decorate which is REALLY expensive if you do a nice detailed job.

Just do what you want when you want and it'll work out. 8)

Haha yeah unfortunately I'm one of those people who like to do big designs so it takes a lot of time and cash. Thanks for your opinion (and everybody else's) I appreciate it. I will have a think about krustyland and decide tomorrow lol.
  • I'm in the same/similar boat. I'm currently lv 22 and need cash for more land, King Toot's and Skip's Diner, not to mention the Malaria Zone in Squidport. I don't think I'm going to start Krustyland until I have enough money to spare and nothing else to spend it on in Springfield and Squidport.

To be honest, I'm also a bit leery of Krustyland. I like Squidport because it's a natural extension of my Springfield and feels like it belongs. Krustyland on the other hand is not directly connected to Springfield, uses a different currency etc. To me it feels more like a different game. I dislike having to keep track of two completely separate things like this in one game. I'm currently adopting a wait and see position. I will check out my friends' Krustylands, collect some tickets here and there and wait until I have settled my Springfield a bit more.

It's easier than you think, I can offer both perspectives. My IOS game started in May/Junish after launch. I started town #2 on Android on the day it launched (wanted to see when origin would launch). While I haven't kept up to snuff and completed town #2 (just got Nelson), but saving cash has been easier. Why? Well I had Tom O'Leary join quickly along with some of those other limited buildings to generate more dough.

I have slowly logged on and upgrading levels and stuff, and came in handy as a free egg buddy. Squidport has been challenging building it as it goes along, but I figured it can sit back while I catch up on levels.

I thought the exact same thing when I read this. My SP isn't even finished yet. The good news is now I have plenty of to do!

Yup, Im thinkin of just abandoning the rest of the rod/todd questline cuz its interfering with KL. My SP still had 6 or 8 months to go. Ive got many SP buildings in storage. lol 8)

Depending on where you are at in Rodd and Todd, there are several 24 hour builds in Krustyland so use them for Homer Bart quests .. and once you start building sleeping Itchy's castle (13) Lisa isn't needed for at least 2 24 hour builds and after that (step 17) then the kids aren't used again until after another 24 hour build.
