anyone not getting more presents to drop? Theory.

I'm going nuts trying to find them and I can not. LPN says they are characters, not decos if you want to try searching with all else turned off but it didn't help me. My main town will just take 3, rumor is your town should hold 10.

I just found 4 behind a single white house neatly stacked in a row just out of site line. Amazing how that could be random, and they are not from the same people.....

Let me know in this thread if you get your presents to drop back if you find all your gifts.

just found one behind a marshmallow tree. The faintest glimpse of red. OMG This is going to very hard. And they are decos, not characters.

I was able to drop 4 from the feeder into my main town. They were all at the Simpsons house, which is where I dropped them. I checked in build mode - they are decorations.

I initially assumed they would be but was told otherwise. I just found one more hidden present. I took the nice pledge but anymore hidden gifts I'm going naughty on as they are slowing down my game progress. I spent 4 hours today to find two presents. I really don't have the time. And at 5 gifts a day to drop I think your friends could take the time to find an open space to drop on. THE OCEAN is pretty open in most towns. I hope this doesn't sound mean, I was just and am very frustrated with the mechanics of the gifts. Plus this renders me unable to drop gifts for friends.

I've got one neighbor that messages me when they drop presents and let's me know where they are. One was behind a tree and I had tried the "Cerebro" search. Since it was behind a decoration, this didn't help. I just clicked on all the trees in the area until one finally popped out a present. But I'd have never of found it if my neighbor didn't tell me just where to look.

Its really hard to find decorations behind decorations too. Hopefully the message will get out to be careful where you drop them. Hope you find the rest.

that's a very nice neighbor you have. I've only got to drop 5 gifts and all out in the open, but if I make a mistake I shall PM as well.

Ha! I was thinking the same thing. I Started a thread about open spaces but it dropped down the forum like a hidden gift.
