Are random tasks a thing of the past?

Generally what happens is when a Random task is completed it will trigger the next one and so on, so all depends on how long the task is to how many random ones i get a day

I've had one for Apu there forever... I just keep Apu in his costume and I never do that task and no more pop up.

They pop up all the time so I just ignore them. Also I love how the title rhymes. Not sure if that was intentional but I like it! :lol:

Mine stopped after getting the 12 hr Krusty/Teeney task. EXTREMELY THANKFUL the annoying random tasks have stopped, hopefully NEVER to return.

You could try storing Mr. Teeny and see if the task gets highlighted (or alternatively, take Mr. Teeny out of storage). I'm thinking this particular random task was programmed before Mr. Teeny was a FP earned character, and so the task doesn't take this into account (or alternatively, the other way around).

I had Teeney in storage when the first random walk occurred. Took him out & ran it. At first it show in the task book, than it disappeared. When done it didn't give the random task award of cash & xp. After putting Teeney in storage & putting Krusty on another task, the same 12hr task came up, so when Krusty was free I ran again. Same thing with disappearing & not getting the reward when done happened. Since then the random tasks have stopped. It is great to have "0" in the task book & hope the random tasks are gone for good.

I get about one a day. Different characters and different lengths of time.

I get them all the time. As soon as one finishes, the next one pops up.

Right now, Luigi is tossing a pizza.

I get a new one every day as long as I don't have one open, like I do know, need to send Ned on his 24 hour task and I'm holding off in case something new happens and I don't want him tied up
