I read. A post on here of someone wanting to take up roads and sidewalks the night before the snow flies si it looks like free snow where noone has walked or drove on it. Love the idea. Love the seasonal trees and think they need to stay that way. Thanks again for your rime.
Chey
That was me.
I also started a thread in the showcase section specifically for sharing nice pictures of the leaves in transition. I thought it was a cute feature. And i Didn't have to buy them with donuts!
Last time I checked no one had posted newer pics.
I think the trees look good when there's a variety of colors across an area. I was hoping a thanksgiving event would include an evolution of yellow to red, orange to Brown, and the rest bare. Then for the Christmas event they drop the blizzard on us.
The seasonal changes are a great addition to the game to contribute to its fresh feeling. There's change with the seasons just like real life. I think it helps contribute to its "real time" game play.
And it's really just something someone can ignore once you see it enough, much like when they dye the water green. Just tap.
Spring bought green water as well as the increased flowers during the event which shall not be spoken. It certainly dies look spring-y in spring in SF.
I don't take this effort for granted, not if i ever want to see night time SF. It would be the same design dept. I appreciate nuance game effects. The FG game reminds me daily how many more features are available in this game. Mainly because they've added them over time. I hope they continue to improve the game as well as continue offering fresh content and that's a tall order over time.
But I'm also someone who enjoys designing my own SF..My buildings are not just laying in disarray across a field of grass. Some SFs are like that. Everyone is different.
