I think much like the clash of the clans like update there are useful upgrades to the Monsarno research building (level 2 lets a new group of people earn corn so that seems worthwhile somewhere else on the forum LPN posted a list of the Monsarno upgrades and Id look at the list and only do the ones that seem like you'd be able to recoup the investment...off to research will edit with findseta: I think upgrading to level 3 is required in the task line so going that far seems like a good idea-- if I go beyond that will depend on how expensive the upgrades seem versus how much I earn from daily tasks (it seems like so far each task rewards a couple if different items but I don't know if the pattern is the same day to day

I guess to alternative to having to choose would be having to do different things to earn different currency. At least this way you can pool your resources and use them for whatever you decide, rather than having an abundance of one currency that can only produce one or two items (hello, phone booths!). Seems like EA are trying to evolve their game play and find out what works best - kudos to them!

crafting the farmers market is a task at some point during the questline
upgrading the Monsarno reaerch to level 5 will get you a Monsarno cafteria free(can craft more) and if you upgrade it to level 7 you get a Monsaro chimp research free(can crat more) and it also Increases Fertilizer Awards from jobs (2hrs to 5 Fertilizer/ 4hrs to 8 Fertilizer),

Sending a neighbor Mutant seedlings will earn them more rewards when they squish them. You’ll also earn more rewards for squishing any in your own town. In addition to Mutant Seedlings…you’ll also be able to Tap 3 Mutant plants in your friend’s town. Tapping them will earn you more rewards! You’ll earn 1 Shovel for every plant you tap in your neighbor’s town. thats what should be happening maybe the reason you got cash is they haven't gottten to the part where they can send seeds yet
