Probably not. But on the bright side, you will have items that others later will not be able to have. The Circle of Life.

I never got the Duff Racer. I missed out. And I didn't bother buying the mausoleum. I was racing to get Marge in time to get her witch skin.
But I've basically gotten every limited thing since then.
