If there's a limited time item you want, buy the limited time item. The Ziff sign will always be there for you to buy later. It's not going anywhere. My son once made the mistake of buying up land and depleting his balance to under $10,000 and they suddenly released the Duff Racer for just a couple days limited time for ingame cash and he couldn't raise the cash in time. It would've cost a fortune in real life money to buy that much ingame cash. Much more expensive than donuts.

So he missed the car.

Buy the limited time item with your money, and let Ziff wait.
