Thanks Barry.....
That film you posted brought me WAY back in time, to that funny Simpsons episode, as well as Adam West's original Batman.....
I remember, way back when, I would go to Steve Mungon house as a kid to watch Batman, because it was one of the first color shows on TV and he was one of the only kids on the block who had a color TV.
And that show was awsem!!!!
Those where the days !
Banana seats on my bycycle, go carts, doing wheelies on our bicycle.....
We would stay outside , play with our friends until it got dark out......
I think that was the only cool show that aired around 400 or 430....pm
all the other cool shows, started after 800 pm...like the Green Hornet, Lost in Space, and the Invaders....
I watch that Batman show now, and see how really weird some of those episodes were.....but as a young lad ...they were my hero.....and all the fellons or bad guys seemed very real.......
Precious memories. :D :D :D
During the '70s, I watched Batman in syndication after school. When King Tut broke into the Batcave, I was genuinely worried that Batman and Robin's identities were in jeopardy. My wife and I just watched the '66 Batman movie over the weekend on Netflix.
