Attention ! Everyone Loading the Wrong Town

I'm having this issue on my iPhone 5S - I was a level 37 with 251 donuts and almost $4m, now I'm logging into a town (which doesn't look like anything I ever designed) at Level 15 and 16 donuts. I tried signing in, signing out, signing in again, restarting the app, restarting the phone, etc. Guess I'll have to wait for another update/fix. If anyone comes up with a universal fix, please post it. Simply logging in/out/in again doesn't work for everyone, apparently.

I had to sync my iPad with my mac before everything sorted itself out. The update took me almost half an hour to do!!

Yeah I've got this problem too. It's telling me there is already a level 6 town on this device, which is just the anonymous town you can use when not signed into origin, and asks if I want to link it to my account. When I say no it asks if I want to create a new town or cancel, and I don't want to click new i case I lose my old town.

Game has reset me to level one....

OMG!! :shock:

From the highest level with almost everything.. To LEVEL one.

Hope this is fixed in next few hours before I go into full blown panic mode.

Been there. Scary, right? Uninstall and reinstall. That worked for me. Feel free to add me for a few minutes and I'll go into your town and look around. Send me a PM. Tell me ONE building you see missing, and I'll verify that on the EA servers its still there. Honest. Don't panic.

I can't even log into Origin right now. Maybe that's a good thing considering what's happening right now.

I'm in my own town but the origin account looks like it would on Android. For instance the friend request options are the the exact same as android. I've lost the little drop down menu that was with iOS.... or was that supposed to happen?

I may have to merge this with similar threads. Hope this isn't permanent. :(

I have logged in and out and back in again about 10 times now...
