Click on 'My Profile' and scroll to the bottom, then choose the image URL.

Profile. Look at the top of this page, under the Tapped Out banner. You'll see a row of links, one is Private Messages.

Check to make you copied the whole url into the box (like if you cut it off and it end up with ttp: - I do that one a lot). Also make sure there isn't a space in front of the url. That happens sometimes when you copy/paste a url.
