I notice that in your images, you have Burns up in the "character selector" wearing his Vampire skin. Did you happen to have him in that skin, or are you getting automatic requests for vampire Burns tasks?

I don't think I've ever seen a character with a skin up in the corner, except during a questline ... or have I?

(Do you think if I put him in his Vampire skin that's the way to get the animations to trigger?)

I can't speak for letsridebikes, but I don't recall ever seeing a random task that was anything other than the characters original skin, unless it was for a particular quest.

Characters appear in their skins in my character locator, but when they're triggering a random task (as in these screenshots) it is never a task for the skin, but for the normal character. I.e., in these screenshots, even though his Count Burns skin is what showed up, it's probably requesting a task like "walk the hounds" for the regular Mr Burns.

I don't think the skin has anything to do with the animations showing up, they seem to be totally random.
