Battling Seizure Robot
Are you getting it? Screen flashes white a few times when touched on this NPC, from what I can tell.

He is not called seizure robot for nothing. I got him - but I'm going to warn my nephew who plays this game not to buy him. My nephew is epileptic and has many bad seizures a week. For anyone who is bothered by flashing animation you might want to pass. And that is all he does when you tap him. The whole screen rapidly flickers. He doesn't seem to have any other actions.
