One of my neighbors has it, too.
But I can't find it in my store. All my peeps were free and roaming SF aimlessly for hours, yet nothing was triggered.

I bought the Beach House! ... Amazingly large building, and yes it can be placed on Beach, lol.

Now my collection is Complete again.

Still deciding. I need a major city rebuild

since this started off as speculation thread and there is a current beach house thread I'm locking this one to avoid confusion.
